At Hedgren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused bag or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
